Terms & Conditions :

•	Extra Bed is chargeable at RM100.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	Weekends i.e. for checking in on Friday and Saturday and the Weekend rates shall apply.
•	Weekday i.e. for checking in on Sunday to Thursday and the Weekday rates shall apply.
•	Rates for Peak Period are rates during Peak Period as shown below.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice .
•	Extended check-out during Peak & Super Peak Period : - Up to 6pm – RM100.00 per hour. - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or full amount of the room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account, which shall be advised during confirmation.
•	Baby Cot is accorded on complimentary basis and is subject to availability.

 

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Weekday

The Full Amount for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 4 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Weekends & Peak Periods

The Full Amount for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
