Terms & Condition of package :

•	• Rates for Package are quoted for weekdays( Sunday to Thursday).
•	• A surcharge of RM150.00 nett per package is applicable during Peak Period.
•	• Package is not valid during Super Peak Period.
•	• Rates are quoted nett in Malaysian Ringgit and are inclusive of 10% service charges and 5% government tax.
•	• Rates are quoted with complimentary usage of in-house Sauna.
•	• Complimentary Car Parking facilities with 24 hours security.
•	• Check Out Time : 12.00 noon available for extended check out.
•	• Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	• Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	• All rates are subject to change without prior notice .
•	• Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	• Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or full amount of the room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account, which shall be advised during confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows :

Normal Period

The Full Amount for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak & Super Peak Periods

The Full Amount for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
